We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This position offers a salary of AED 1500.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff. Duties will include answering phones, filing, photocopying, typing, maintaining databases, scheduling appointments and running errands. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organized and efficient with attention to detail.
The successful applicant must possess:
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
