Merchandiser - Sharjah
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah with a salary of 1700. The successful candidate should have excellent organisational and communication skills, and will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is properly presented in stores. We are looking for someone who is creative, motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in merchandising or retail management. Additionally, they should be proficient in computer usage (MS Office), possess strong numerical skills, and must be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff alike. A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.

Job Duties
The Merchandiser will be responsible for the following duties:
• Developing effective merchandising plans that maximize sales while adhering to corporate guidelines
• Analyzing store sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinating with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure product availability
• Ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked on shelves and displays are well organized and attractive
• Building relationships with store personnel to ensure that merchandise is properly showcased and updated regularly
• Monitoring customer feedback regarding product selection, pricing, stock availability etc., and relaying this information back to management
