Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As our Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and helping us with various tasks. You will also be expected to take on a wide range of responsibilities that include scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing files.
Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs. In addition, the candidate must have strong work ethics and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to prioritize tasks is also important together with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Previous experience working as a secretary is beneficial but not required.
