• At least 3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Description:
The Secretary will be responsible for managing daily office operations, conducting administrative tasks, and providing support to the management team. The successful candidate must be organized, have excellent time-management skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Some of the duties include but are not limited to:
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for the management team
• Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rental etc.
• Handling incoming calls and emails as well as managing correspondence
• Assisting with preparing presentations/reports by collecting data from various sources
• Performing administrative tasks such as filing documents, photocopying etc.
