We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a basic understanding of office practices and procedures, as well as excellent customer service skills. This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1200, and we are ready to consider applicants from abroad.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing all administrative tasks in the office, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining records, filing documents, greeting visitors and providing general support to the team. Additionally, he/she will be required to take on other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
To be successful in this role it is important that the candidate possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; good communication abilities; basic computer skills; and ability to multitask efficiently. An ideal candidate would also be motivated, proactive and able to work independently when needed.
