We are currently looking for an experienced Bank teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Bank teller, you will be responsible for managing the daily transactions of the bank and providing excellent customer service to our clients. An ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking and be ready to consider an immigrant.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include handling day-to-day cash management operations, processing deposits and withdrawals, transferring funds between accounts, issuing checks and money orders, answering customer inquiries and resolving problems. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs and cross-selling banking products as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented as well as have strong problem solving abilities. You should also have good knowledge of banking products and services as well as familiarity with financial regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position along with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
