Job Title: Office Clerk

Salary: 1300 AED
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Clerk to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, including handling incoming calls, maintaining filing systems, and providing administrative support to the staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working in an office environment and is looking to develop their skills further.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail. The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks is essential in this role. We are also open to considering immigrants for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain filing systems of documents both physical and digital
• Prepare documents such as invoices, memos, letters, reports, etc.
• Provide administrative support for staff such as scheduling appointments and preparing presentations
• Greet visitors when they come into the office
• Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
