Job Description:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support, which includes a variety of tasks such as answering phone calls, handling mail, and organizing data.
Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills and be comfortable working with computers. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential as well as being able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for answering phone calls and inquiries from customers
• Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered promptly and efficiently
• Organize data, files, and documents for various departments
• Maintain filing systems both electronic and paper based
• Process incoming mail/packages/deliveries
• Assist with ordering office supplies when necessary
• Assist with administrative tasks related to HR such as employee onboarding/offboarding paperwork, tracking vacation time etc.
