Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1200 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and emails, providing clear instructions and responding promptly;
• Ensure all incoming documents are properly filed;
• Maintain office supplies by anticipating stock needs;
• Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and faxing;
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers as needed;
• Prepare reports and presentations when required;
• Provide assistance to other staff members as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or related field;
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role;
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
