The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a customer-oriented attitude. They should be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask. The successful applicant should also have excellent computer skills and be comfortable working with various software programs. The role requires someone who can work autonomously while also being a team player.
The primary responsibilities of the Secretary position include but are not limited to: maintaining accurate records; drafting correspondence; managing calendars and schedules; organizing meetings; taking notes and minutes at meetings; preparing reports; setting up travel arrangements; handling phone calls; responding to emails; completing filing duties; processing payments and other administrative duties as required.
