Office assistant vacancy in Sharjah UAE for Indian
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff and maintaining the efficient running of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages and provide basic information.
• Manage daily office operations such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.
• Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as necessary.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and other documents.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and keep track of budgets.
• Schedule meetings and appointments as requested by management.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure their timely completion.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience working in an office environment or similar role preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
