We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team and ensure that the office runs smoothly. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this vacancy, as well as a candidate with no experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the relevant department
• Preparing letters, memos, reports, and other documents as needed
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Managing filing systems and keeping records organized
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as travel arrangements or event planning
• Ordering office supplies as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
