Secretary job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The chosen individual will work closely with the management team, providing support and assistance in administrative matters.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be highly motivated, reliable and pay close attention to detail. They should also have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
The primary duties of the Secretary include: answering phone calls, writing emails, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, filing documents, ordering office supplies and providing overall administrative assistance when needed.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience as well as at least two years experience as a secretary or related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
