We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.
This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for helping others.
The Office Assistant's primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing paperwork, processing orders, preparing documents and other administrative tasks as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing meetings, scheduling appointments with clients, ordering supplies when needed, and maintaining an updated filing system.
Excellent customer service skills are essential in this role. The ideal candidate should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work on tight deadlines without losing accuracy or professionalism. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Ā Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
