Job Description:
The Office Manager position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office in Abu Dhabi. The Office Manager will report directly to the Senior Management team and will be a critical member of the team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations of the office including maintaining adequate supplies, managing office equipment, ordering repair services, etc.
• Oversee all staff activities and ensure that everyone is performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor all financial transactions and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop policies and procedures for office management activities such as filing systems, record keeping, archiving documents, etc.
• Maintain a safe workplace environment by ensuring that safety standards are met and adhered to at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments on various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role including personnel management experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) as well as other related software applications for office management purposes.
