Housekeeping Manager (Abu-Dhabi)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, as well as ensuring staff compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail and experience in managing staff. Good communication and customer service skills are also essential. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise housekeeping staff in their day-to-day duties
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies
• Develop and maintain housekeeping standards
• Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations
• Monitor staff performance, take disciplinary action if needed
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries

Requirements:
• Experience in a managerial role is preferred but not required (we are willing to consider applicants with no experience)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and health & safety standards

Salary: 1200 per month.
