Job Title: Secretary

Salary: 1600 QAR/month
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the staff of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing correspondence and managing calendars.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff personnel.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a secretary or similar role is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and other related software applications is essential.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage but not required.
• Professional attitude and appearance is essential for this role as it involves frequent contact with customers and other external parties.
