Job Summary:
We are looking for a Teacher to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive instruction to students in a classroom setting. In this role, the teacher is expected to create an effective learning environment that promotes student creativity, critical thinking skills, and problem solving. The Teacher will also be responsible for developing lesson plans tailored to individual student needs as well as assessing student understanding and progress throughout the school year.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Teacher will be to prepare and deliver lessons in an engaging manner that encourages students’ exploration of new material while also reinforcing existing knowledge. The Teacher should also create assessments and assignments that accurately measure student understanding of course material, monitor progress against state-mandated curriculum standards, and provide feedback to both parents and students on performance. Other responsibilities include maintaining discipline in the classroom, attending faculty meetings, participating in professional development activities, and collaborating with other educators on special projects or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
This role requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field from an accredited university or college as well as the ability to obtain any certification required by state law or Board policy. Previous experience teaching in a classroom setting is preferred but not required - we are willing to consider candidates without prior experience so long as they demonstrate enthusiasm for learning more about teaching strategies and have exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
