We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be well organized, and have prior experience in a similar role. A strong command of English is essential, as well as fluency in Arabic.

Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support to the team
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Assisting with document preparation and filing
• Answering incoming emails/calls and handling inquiries
• Managing office supplies
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workloads

Salary: 1000 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this post.
