Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have an analytical mind to identify and resolve issues. They should also demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, exceptional time management skills and be able to prioritize their workload.
The key responsibilities of the role include: assisting with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, record keeping and creating reports; creating presentations; answering phones; scheduling meetings; preparing documents for meetings; liaising with clients and other departments; organizing events; providing support for the management team; coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring that all office supplies are stocked.
The ideal candidate should have a diploma or equivalent qualification in office administration or relevant field of study with at least two years' experience in an administrative role. We are ready to consider immigrant candidates who can demonstrate their ability to fulfill the requirements of this role.
