Job Title: Office Clerk
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
The primary duties of the Office Clerk will include providing administrative support to the staff, organizing and maintaining files, managing incoming calls and emails, supporting other departments as needed, and handling office equipment such as computers, copiers/printers, and fax machines. The Office Clerk will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing reports, ordering office supplies, and performing other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates should have at least two years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel) is a must. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent organizational skills.
