Office Clerk – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1200 AED per month plus benefits. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants.
The ideal candidate needs to be well-organized and have excellent attention to detail. The candidate must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls, emails, letters, faxes, etc;
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and other events;
• Greet visitors and direct them accordingly;
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing documents, photocopying documents, faxing documents, etc.;
• Create and maintain electronic databases;
• Provide support for other clerical staff;
• Assist with other related tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• At least 1 year of experience working in an office setting;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel);
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly;
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal;
