Position: Secretary
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1500/month
Experience: Minimal work experience is preferred

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and managing office operations. You should have excellent communication skills and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, customers, and other parties.
• Maintain office files, filing documents, and other records.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.
• Manage daily office operations such as ordering supplies, making travel arrangements, etc.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and other appointments.
• Provide support to the team with any administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy in all tasks assigned.
