We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our organization in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team, as well as ensuring efficient office operations.
The Office Assistant will be involved in a range of duties such as answering phone calls, dealing with customer inquiries, preparing documents and invoices, maintaining filing systems, updating records, managing office supplies and helping with ad-hoc projects. They should also be able to work independently but also be comfortable taking direction from the senior management team.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should also have strong organizational and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure. Additionally, applicants should possess basic computer skills (MS Office) and the ability to learn quickly. An ideal candidate would have some relevant experience but we are willing to consider a recent applicant with no experience in the role.
