We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our staff in the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated, and have a positive attitude. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position with salary of 1000 SAR per month.
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to the office by performing duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, answering phones, preparing correspondence, responding to emails, taking messages, managing calendars and managing other administrative tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying documents
• Maintain electronic filing system
• Maintain hard copy filing system
• Answer phone calls and take messages
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Schedule meetings as requested
• Prepare correspondence such as letters, memos and emails
• Prepare reports when necessary
• Manage calendars of appointments/events for staff members
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with attention to detail
Salary: 1000 SAR per month
