Office Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with office procedures and protocols. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance to the staff with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, managing the office calendar, organizing meetings and events, ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills along with strong communication skills both verbal and written in English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage. The successful applicant must also have strong problem-solving skills as well as computer proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
