Administrator - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator in Abu Dhabi. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• A valid UAE residence visa (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide general information about services offered
• Manage office supplies by ordering and stocking items when needed
• Process paperwork related to customer orders, contracts, invoices, etc.
• Maintain records of customer accounts and contact list
• Assist with other administrative tasks such as data entry, filing/scanning documents, tracking payments, etc.
Salary: 1200 AED per month
