Office Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to executive staff and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills. They should also be a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate office operations and activities
• Handle incoming calls, emails, letters, and other correspondence
• Maintain filing systems for documents, records, reports, etc.
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment
• Organize office events such as meetings and conferences
• Supervise administrative staff
• Liaise with external contacts such as customers, suppliers, etc.
• Keep abreast of changes in the company’s policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Salary: 1200 AED per month (negotiable for highly qualified candidates). We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
