Job Title: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1300 QAR/month
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have excellent administrative and communication skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors warmly and assist them with their queries
- Maintain the office filing systems, both digital and paper-based
- Set up meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare documents using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports as requested by the management team
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
- Previous experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
