OFFICE ASSISTANT VACANCY IN SHARJAH

Job Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a related field
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
Job Duties:
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed
- Maintain office filing system and update records as required
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office space
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, respond to inquiries, or transfer calls
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning documents, etc.
- Assist colleagues with various tasks as needed
