Cashier vacancy in Zayed City UAE for unskilled workers
Zayed City is looking for an experienced Cashier to join their team!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working as a cashier, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. We are also ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
The main responsibilities of the Cashier include:
• Operating cash registers, scanning items, and accepting payments.
• Processing credit cards and other forms of payment.
• Counting and verifying cash register drawers at the start and close of shifts.
• Answering customer questions in a professional manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Assisting with stocking shelves and other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:
• Previous experience working as a cashier or in a similar role.
• The ability to work quickly and accurately with numbers.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
