Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our office.
Responsibilities Include:
• Greet customers, answer phones, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain filing systems, databases, and records
• Prepare memos, letters, faxes, and other documents
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Manage mail distribution and ensure that all documents are properly labeled and filed in their appropriate locations
• Assist in preparing reports for management review
• Type up meeting minutes and other confidential documents as required
• Follow up on requests from different departments on a regular basis
• Ensure that the office is kept neat, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or higher is preferred
• At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred but not required; we are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is essential
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
