Job Title: Secretary

Salary: 1500 AED
Experience Required: 1 year
We are looking for an experienced Secretary who is ready to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management and staff, organizing meetings and maintaining records.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and good knowledge of computer applications. They should also have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to management and staff
• Maintain accurate records of meetings and other activities
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for management and staff members
• Handle general inquiries from customers and visitors
• Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, etc.
• Prepare documents such as letters, memos, reports, etc. as required by the company
• Liaise with external contacts on behalf of the company as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with good time management skills
