Position: Secretary
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1100 AED/Month
We are looking for an organized and proactive Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the management staff, ensuring smooth operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments and staff
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Manage correspondence (letters, emails, etc.)
• Prepare reports by collecting information from different sources
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items as needed
• Maintain filing systems for confidential documents and records
• Compile data, statistics, and other information as requested by management staff
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required; knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to organize workload efficiently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
