Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff. You will be required to handle a variety of tasks such as answering phones, filing, data entry, photocopying, faxing and scanning documents. Additionally, you will be expected to order office supplies, maintain the reception area and coordinate meetings and events.
Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years experience working in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. They should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as good knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite. They should also have the capacity to work both independently and in a team environment.
