Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking a highly experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the office.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize their workload. They will be expected to coordinate administrative procedures and manage all aspects of office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling, filing systems, incoming mail, and other administrative tasks
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of products and services
• Implement strategies for increased efficiency within the office
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering new items as necessary
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations in the workplace
• Provide support to senior management in all administrative tasks
Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
