We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role requires an individual who has a passion for organization and is capable of multitasking in a high-pressure environment. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
The Office Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, ensuring that all paperwork is completed and filed correctly, and providing employees with support services. This includes scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, ordering supplies, and performing other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate must also be able to handle customer inquiries efficiently and work well with our clients.
The successful applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management role and possess excellent problem solving skills. They should also have a strong understanding of the office software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks. In addition to this, they should have strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and employees effectively.
We are offering a competitive salary of 1200 AED (including all benefits) for the right candidate who can demonstrate their commitment to excellence in this role. We are willing to consider applicants from outside Abu-Dhabi on an immigrant basis if they meet the requirements listed above.
