We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team at our hotel in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This includes setting standards, training staff, and ensuring that housekeeping standards are met consistently.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing housekeeping operations within a hotel, resort or similar institution. We are ready to consider an immigrant and provide a salary of 1100 for this role.

The Housekeeping Manager will organize and manage the staff responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, laundry services and linen supply. They will also be responsible for monitoring costs, preventing losses and promoting a safe working environment. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, as well as strong organizational skills to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient manner.

We are looking for someone with the ability to make decisions quickly and confidently while maintaining composure in challenging situations. The Housekeeping Manager must also possess strong leadership skills in order to motivate staff members and ensure smooth running of operations within the department.
