Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years working experience as a Secretary, and must be able to work with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong organizational skills. They must also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Answering phones and providing information
• Managing customer relations
• Maintaining filing systems
• Preparing documents and reports
• Assisting with general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent command of English language (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Salary: 1500 QAR per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
