Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1500 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes managing incoming calls, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, maintaining office supplies, and other administrative functions.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential; familiarity with office management procedures would be an advantage. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also important.
The successful applicant will be expected to provide efficient customer service, answer inquiries promptly, and follow through with tasks as assigned. Attention to detail and the ability to take initiative are essential for this position.
