We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will handle tasks such as filing, generating reports, organizing documents, preparing presentations and writing correspondence. Additionally, you will be expected to provide customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. You should also have the ability to work independently while displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
