Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for Indian
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, attentive to details, have great communication skills and work well in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be in charge of completing administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, filing documents, managing calendars and taking care of incoming and outgoing mail. They will also be expected to provide administrative support to the department staff and help with various projects. Additionally, they must be able to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
The successful candidate must have at least one year of experience in an office setting, be proficient in using computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are also willing to consider candidates from abroad for this role with a salary of 1400 AED per month.
