We are currently looking for an experienced Secretary to join our growing team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate should have excellent administrative and organizational skills, as well as be highly motivated. We are ready to consider a foreign applicant for this position.
The main duties and responsibilities of the Secretary include but are not limited to the following:
• Answering telephones, taking messages and routing calls appropriately
• Filing, copying and scanning documents as requested
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Completing data entry tasks as needed
• Performing general office administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, mail distribution etc.
• Maintaining office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines etc.
• Assisting in preparation of reports or presentations when requested
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate must also have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times. In addition, the candidate should be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office applications such MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
