Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are searching for an Office Manager for our Abu-Dhabi office who will be responsible for the daily administrative operations of the office. This role is crucial to the team's success, and requires excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, and be familiar with modern office technology.
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all general administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, delivering memos, coordinating meetings and appointments, maintaining filing systems, monitoring office supplies inventory and ordering new supplies when necessary. In addition to these duties, they will also provide general support to other staff members. They should be able to effectively communicate with clients and other external stakeholders in order to ensure smooth operations of the business.
The successful candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic as well as strong interpersonal skills. They should also have strong problem-solving abilities in order to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is essential for this role.
