Job Description:
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to making offers and onboarding new hires. You will be expected to use your knowledge of the job market and your network of contacts to source qualified candidates for our open positions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job boards, professional networks) and offline channels (e.g. referrals, cold calls)
• Screen resumes and applications
• Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates
• Develop job descriptions for open positions
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Partner with hiring managers to determine job requirements
• Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
• Monitor recruitment trends in the local market
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Ability to build rapport quickly with potential candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• A team player with an ability to work independently when needed
