Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager for our hotel in Abu-Dhabi. This individual will be responsible for creating an atmosphere of hospitality within the hotel, while ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance are upheld. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising all housekeeping staff, as well as overseeing daily operations and developing plans to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities: The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that all equipment is in safe working order, and developing policies to ensure that safety standards are consistently met. Additionally, they will oversee housekeeping staff scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and problem resolution. They will also be responsible for monitoring daily operations including room inspections and guest complaints.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail. Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike. Additionally, they must have strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to guests during their stay at our hotel.
