Office Clerk Job Description - Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least two years experience in a similar role. We are open to considering foreign applicants. The salary for this position is 1600 per month.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience working in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Job Duties:
• Managing customer inquiries and ensuring they receive timely responses
• Providing administrative support to the company’s staff members
• Organizing the office environment by ensuring all documents are filed correctly and promptly
• Assisting with data entry tasks as required
• Ordering office supplies when needed
