Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing office operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Coordinate daily administrative activities and provide general office support
β’ Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls and mail
β’ Schedule meetings and appointments as required
β’ Maintain records of office operations, such as compiling data for reports
β’ Ensure office supplies are stocked as needed
β’ Monitor budget expenditures and update financial records as required
β’ Help coordinate events and activities related to the office
β’ Supervise cleaning services to ensure office is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
β’ Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in a similar role
β’ Proven experience with general administrative and clerical duties
β’ Excellent organizational, communication, customer service and problem solving skills
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1300 per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
