Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing office operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily administrative activities and provide general office support
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls and mail
• Schedule meetings and appointments as required
• Maintain records of office operations, such as compiling data for reports
• Ensure office supplies are stocked as needed
• Monitor budget expenditures and update financial records as required
• Help coordinate events and activities related to the office
• Supervise cleaning services to ensure office is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proven experience with general administrative and clerical duties
• Excellent organizational, communication, customer service and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1300 per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.
