We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of office supplies, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Answer calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers and clients.
- Monitor office expenses, such as phone bills and other operational costs.
- Provide assistance with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, invoices, presentations, etc. as needed.
- Ensure that office equipment is regularly maintained and serviced when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively as part of a team. - Positive attitude with a customer service oriented approach to work tasks.
