Secretary job in Sharjah UAE
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the company’s management team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications. They must also be able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize their workload.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices
• Maintain filing system (electronic and paper)
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
• Compile data from various sources for reports/presentations
• Perform data entry into various databases as required
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary: 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.
